Michael Hansen

CEO

Michael Hansen, who serves as the Chief Administrative Officer at Kartago, holds a degree in Business Administration (HD R) and is a certified real estate agent. In addition to his role at Kartago, Michael Hansen also holds several other board positions, including Chairman of the Board for various real estate companies within the Kartago group.

Due to his employment with the company's administrator, which is owned and operated by the main shareholder of the company, Michael Hansen is not considered independent.

Michael Augustine

Michael Augustine holds a degree in MSc in Business Administration and Auditing, as well as an HD (A) degree. He has worked as an auditor at KPMG for several years and served as a CFO in various large Danish and international companies. Additionally, Michael Augustine has experience as a board member for several Danish companies.

In his current role, Michael Augustine is responsible for the financial reporting, budgeting, follow-up, and controlling of German High Street Properties A/S. This includes handling the reporting from the German property administrator.

Hans Thygesen

Chairman of the board

Hans Thygesen holds a degree in Political Science (Cand. Polit.) and Law (Cand. Jur.). Throughout his long career, he has been involved in real estate development and investments, and currently serves as a board member in several companies within the Kartago Group.

He is the Chairman of Administrationsselskabet Gambit ApS, Kartago Capital A/S, Kartago Capital - Greater Copenhagen A/S, and Ejendomsselskabet Industribuen 7 ApS.

Additionally, he is a board member of Kartago af 20.12.2018 ApS, Kartago Development ApS, Kartago Botkyrka Holding AB, K/S Linköping III, K/S Svedengatan-Linköping, and subsidiaries in GHSP A/S.

Jutta Steinert

Board member

Jutta Steinert holds a Master's degree in Business Administration as well as a Master's degree in Business Consulting. Most recently, she served as a senior project manager at Deutsche Bank AG, Frankfurt, and has a long-standing background in banking with extensive knowledge of the financial sector, including loan portfolio management and strong competencies in regulatory affairs and compliance. Throughout her career, Jutta Steinert has previously worked at General Electric, GE Money Bank, and RHEINYP AG, Commerzbank.

Nikolaj Zethraeus

Board member

Nikolaj Zethraeus is a multifaceted professional in the financial sector with over 25 years of experience, particularly in Wealth Management, Asset Management, and Recruitment. He has demonstrated proficiency in relationship management, team building, and market development. His roles have included significant leadership and recruitment positions, such as Global Head of Strategic Recruitment at Julius Baer and Credit Suisse. He co-founded Piccing Inc and held senior positions in several banks, showcasing his expertise in maintaining client relationships and strategic development.

Zethraeus, a native Swedish speaker, is also proficient in English and has working knowledge of Danish and German.
